By using misbahpaintstore.com, you agree to these terms. We provide this platform for you to browse and purchase paints, hardware, sanitary items, and electrical fittings. We work to keep product information accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we discover an error in pricing or availability after you place an order, we will contact you to resolve it.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability or errors in pricing.

Payment options:

• Bank transfer to our account (details provided after order)
• Cash on delivery (available in select areas)
• Payment at our physical store location

Orders are confirmed only after we verify payment or confirm cash-on-delivery arrangement. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing an order to confirm details.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We do our best to maintain accurate stock levels, but sometimes items shown as available may actually be out of stock. If this happens with your order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary by location:

• Swabi and surrounding areas: 1-2 business days
• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar): 3-5 business days
• Other areas: 5-7 business days

These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to weather, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays but will help track and resolve delivery issues.

Returns and Refunds

Paint and chemical products cannot be returned once opened or used due to quality and safety concerns. For unopened, unused items:

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be in original packaging with all seals intact
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace defective items or issue a refund at our discretion.

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, colors may appear differently on various screens, and minor variations in product specifications can occur. For paint colors specifically, we recommend viewing physical color cards before ordering large quantities.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including logos, images, product descriptions, and design - is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Issues arising from improper product use
• Third-party services (courier delays, payment gateway issues)

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
